This Privacy Policy describes the management of the website with respect to the processing of personal data of users who view it. LOCATION OF DATA PROCESSING

The processing related to the web services of this website takes place at the aforementioned offices of the Company and is carried out only by Company personnel or by external persons in charge of maintenance and updating operations. No data deriving from the web service are disclosed or disseminated. Personal data provided by users who submit requests for services or information are used only to perform the service requested or to provide the requested information and are communicated to third parties only if this is necessary for this purpose, and therefore limited to the services requested, the data may be transmitted to the internal staff of the Company, to contractors, correspondents and appointees, to consultants of the company in the field of administrative, tax and contributory accounting and IT and telecommunications, to banking and financial institutions, as well as to persons charged with the protection of the interests of the Company in jurisdictional, administrative and out-of-court matters and for the recovery of receivables to persons in charge of sending documents and for company control. The data controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the aforementioned purposes and in any case for no more than 10 years from the termination of the relationship for administrative/accounting purposes.

TYPE OF PROCESSED DATA

Browsing data, when in operation, the computer systems and software procedures necessary for this website to operate correctly collect some personal data that are implicitly transmitted by the use of the Internet communication protocols. 

This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified interested parties, however by virtue of its nature it may lead to the identification of the user through processing and association of data retained by third parties.
